I’ve used this for years!

This is the best chapstick I’ve ever bought! I thankfully came across this chapstick on a summer trip to Colorado. It’s been my tried and true chapstick ever since! I only have to use it two or three times per day, it’s the best! I love that it has spf!!

I keep coming back

I am a construction professional who fishes and spends time outdoors on the Gulf Coast. Ski Balm has been my go to on the land and sea for several years now. I highly recommend all these products for protecting your beautiful lips and faces from the sun and the wind (and the salt).

Updated Review

I finally received a response from the company, shortly after I posted my previous review (coincidence?), that stated, “ If you have any LIP BALM that isn't used by the expiration date we will gladly replace it with a fresh product.”
So, I’m updated my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. The lip balm works great all year round and not just when skiing.

Works Great - Know what you are getting

Exactly what I expected. Applied in the morning and kept my face burn free from sun and wind. See some reviews where people are unhappy with the consistency of the product. It is a harder paste, almost wax like. So it's a little harder to rub on, but my guess is that is why it protects so well from wind burn.

Disappointing batch

I have been a big fan of the Original Ski Balm but my recent order has been very disappointing. The wax is so hard I can hardly get it out of the container and then it doesn’t really spread on my face. It’s either really old or they changed the formula. I have older containers that work much better.

Had to throw it away

Like other reviews, the product I received was completely dried out and unusable. I had to throw it away. I don't know what has happened in the past year, but they need to get a handle on quality control. I used to love this stuff.

Amazing Product

I get terrible wind burn when snowboarding and this really protects my skin. We also use it for wakeboarding in the summer. Love the multi pack, now we have one in every jacket and lake bag.

Terrible! like petrified vaseline and customer service will not respond

I received my SkiBalm and am very disappointed. The tin contains a hardened, dried-up yellowed substance resembling petrified Vaseline. I attempted to contact Customer Service twice to return the product and the email address from the SkiBalm website is non-functional. I am saddened and disappointed as I used to love this product.
I regret that I did not pay attention to previous reviews as I see many buyers encountered the same issue. :(
